This Canada-wide conference will be an opportunity to share good practices, expertise, and innovative initiatives in the areas of conservation, social commitment, and connecting to nature, tourism and economic benefits of parks.

The themes are intended to draw attention to and highlight the many benefits of parks and protected areas, in particular from the following four perspectives:

  • To connect and foster a lifelong love of nature through a diversity of experiences
  • To conserve and support the diversity of nature, meeting the needs of all species
  • To collaborate and build relationships that ignite the powerful benefits of nature
  • To lead by learning from each other and applying the best of what parks have to offer

Parks community members from various fields are invited to share their initiatives, achievements, or papers so that we can better understand common values concerning parks and protected areas.
